Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing quality service and ensuring proper availability for each client. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in order to better serve you, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations with up to 48 hours’ notice: No charges will be applied for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations with up to 24 hours’ notice: A 50% charge of the service cost will apply for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations with up to 12 hours’ notice: The full service amount will be charged for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time.
No-Show: If the client does not show up for the scheduled appointment, the full service amount will be charged. If you wish to reschedule, the total amount of the originally scheduled service will be charged in addition to the full cost of the missed service.
Changes to the Scheduled Service: The client must inform us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to modify or change the originally scheduled service. For example, if the client booked a “cut and highlights” but decides to only have the “cut,” the charge will be for the originally booked service, “cut and highlights.”
It is important to note that any cancellation or change must be communicated directly to the salon via phone or in person. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as it allows us to provide excellent service to all our clients. If you have any questions, I am available to provide clarification.
